Every pet owner needs to leave town from time to time, whether it’s for a vacation or work-related. We understand the challenges that pet owners face at Animals of Eden Veterinary Hospital in Brevard, NC, so we offer pet boarding to our current clients to help those folks out.

Pet Boarding Requirements
We do have some rules at Animals of Eden Veterinary Hospital that pet owners need to know about before they are eligible for dog boarding or cat boarding with us:
- Must be a current client
- Boarding Dogs: must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines
- Boarding Cats: must be current on Rabies and FVRCP vaccines
- Daycare: puppies must minimally have their first Distemper and Bordetella vaccines
We have these requirements in place so that all pets are kept safe and free of disease when boarded with us. Owners should be aware that their pets can come into contact with other animals while being boarded at Animals of Eden Veterinary Hospital. These minimal requirements ensure that all pets are kept safe and disease-free during their stay with us!
The really great news is that with our Daycare, your pet will receive some socializing time with other dogs or cats, which will help them to be better-behaved pets in the long run. This is because all the other pets at Animals of Eden are similarly vaccinated and safe for dogs or cats to be around.
Prepare for Boarding Your Pet
Whether you are dog boarding or cat boarding at Animals of Eden, we want the experience to be as stress-free and anxiety-free as possible for your pets! There are some things that we will ask you to drop off with your pet for boarding to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
For dogs and cats, we ask that you provide as much of their regular food as required for their stay. This takes the guesswork out of it for us. Likewise, your pet’s favorite blanket or bed, as well as their favorite toys, can make a big difference in their experience.
Your pet’s regular bedding, food, and toys will make their stay with us less stressful. The only thing they will really be missing during their boarding stay… is you!
Our trained veterinary staff will ensure that dogs receive daily walks and that both dogs and cats (or puppies and kittens) receive daily playtime and interaction. Your pet will be safe and will receive daily interaction, playtime, and socializing when they are boarded at Animals of Eden’s expert facilities.
